The business has been around since 2010 but the knowledge of olive processing has its roots anchored deep in the past. We have been growing trees from 1938 to the present day with the oldest being 120 years old. By extension, we are 3rd generation olive growers and with effort, care and passion we make sure that we make olives filled with smells of tradition and childhood memories that take us on a journey with a look and a taste. We are located in N. Olynthos, Halkidiki, along with our olive groves.
We have 13 product codes concerning the olive of Halkidiki and Kalamon, of which we have innovated twice. The 1st time was with the Black Olive of Halkidiki Staffidati Concentrated and the 2nd time was with the Black Olive of Kalamata Concentrated. Our goal and special concern is to produce products of high nutritional value and taste by processing them ONLY in a natural and traditional way without chemical additives, with natural extraction and slow ripening. Thus ensuring all the nutritional and taste characteristics of our products.
