Organised by the municipality of Moudania and the Cultural Association Faros the Feast of Sardines takes place in Moudania in Halkidiki the second week of July and last for one week. The Sunday when the feast celebrates its end with the feast of sardines visitors can taste grilled sardine andwhite wine from the traditional greek cuisine. The celebrations end early next morning.
