The Varvara Festival takes place in Varvara in Halkidiki and its an effort of time of the Cultural Association Varvara which with passion cares about the connection of the area with todays habits since Varvara is a small region which is located in a mountain area of Halkidiki.
Well known artists all these years support this cultural movement of the locals. Among them famous names of the Greek music scene such as Sokratis Malamas, Thanasis Papakonstantinou, Thanos Mikroutsikos, Christos Thivaios, Glikeria, Melina Aslanidou, Melina Kana, Nikos Portokaloglou, Mario and others.
