The newly built Amaryllis complex is situated on the beach of Nikiti in a quiet neighborhood and at a distance of about 100 meters from the sea. It’s at an ideal location, a short walking distance from the sea and in a friendly and quiet neighborhood that offers peace and tranquility.
The cosmopolitan beach of Nikiti with its cafes, taverns and restaurants is at a walking distance of only five minutes. Markets and supermarkets (like Masoutis, AB, LIDL, etc.) are also found nearby.
The complex Amaryllis offers 12 two-bedroom apartments that consist of a bedroom, a living room and a veranda. They each accommodate 2-4 people whilst also providing all of the amenities that are needed by a family or friends. The spacious balconies, the openness and the garden offer a perfect place for those that wish to find a place of relaxation, while the small playground is a pleasant surprise for our little friends.
The Amaryllis complex is a particularly friendly place for families with children, wheelchairs or people with mobility difficulties, as it also offers a lift that has access to all areas.
