The foundation of this monastery dates from the 14th century by Saint Simon. It is built on a steep cliff and it has seven floors. It has been destroyed several times, but thanks to the contribution of many people, was rebuilt again.
It has several relics such as a piece of the True Cross, bones of saints and much more. Unfortunatelly, the church hasnt fresques because of many disasters and its library has only some modern books.
