Villa Phaedra in Sani, Halkidiki: The Space

Located in the Sani Forest, the recently renovated Villa Phaedra can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The Villa consists of two levels, on the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, Microwave, Oven, Fridge, Stovetop, Dishwasher), a spacious living room with a large corner sofa (turns into a double sofa-bed) that overlooks the garden, and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a king size double bed, while there are also two single beds and a bathroom. The Villa has a beautiful private 400 sqm garden with outdoor furniture, and other amenities such as high speed Wi-Fi, smart-TV with NETFLIX and private parking for 2 cars.

Villa Phaedra is located in the lower parts of Sani, close to Simantro Hotel. The closest beach is 200 meters away, easily accessible by foot. The famous Sani Marina, with its 5-star hotels and restaurants is 5 minutes away by car, while the closest village is Nea Fokea, a 10-minute drive. In Nea Fokea you can find wonderful restaurants, such as Massalia, and super markets.

Getting around

Villa Phaedra is at a unique and convenient location, being 40 minutes away from Thessaloniki’s airport and an hour away from the rest of Halkidiki, while we can arrange taxi transfers and car rentals on your behalf.
